How do I place an order?

The fastest way to place your order is via WhatsApp on +263 772 260 212. Simply send us your preferred design, size, and event date to receive a detailed USD quote from our team.
We deliver freshly baked orders across Harare directly to your home or office. We also offer a secure CBD collection point for convenient and quick order pickup.
What is the order lead time?

We require forty-eight hours notice for standard birthday cakes and savory platters. Custom wedding designs and grand multi-tier Roora cakes require at least two weeks of planning.
We accept flexible USD payment options to secure your booking, including cash on delivery, cash at our collection point, or EcoCash USD & EcoCash Diaspora for instant confirmation.
N.B: We kindly ask for a 50% deposit upfront to reserve your order and begin preparation. Your order is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
Can I request custom designs?
How do I book academy lessons?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom designs for weddings, Roora celebrations, and themed birthdays. Send us your reference photos on WhatsApp to discuss custom options.
Register for our 10-day practical baking course by paying the twenty dollar registration fee. Secure your workshop spot early as spaces are strictly limited.
